Over the last one year, Bilaad Realty Limited (www.bilaadnigeria.com) commenced its contribution in Abuja, F.C.T toward addressing concerns of individuals, investors, and government in respect to offering sustainable real estate solutions. The cornerstone of our approach is to improve quality of life, reduce harmful gas emissions, increase integration of technology to aid energy efficiency and improve security. Our objective is to effectively align our offerings (commercial/residential  real estate solutions or advisory services) on the premise of securing short, medium, and long-term value for our clients.Improvement within the real estate industry must be driven by innovation, focused, and relentless companies (supported by government

As a company, we focused attention on understanding the housing requirements of different customer categories in real estate. Our business model stems from a root corporate philosophy of “Sustainability” and seeks to foster real estate solutions that simplify property ownership challenges across income level stratums. We strategically segmented the residential real estate market to cater to client requirements in the best way feasible across various districts within the Abuja market. This categorization was based on in-depth assessment as illustrated below;

In respect to ongoing and planned infrastructure development across the different phases and districts in the FCT, Bilaad Realty has conceptualized relevant product categories (Mid-Premium, Premium, and Luxury homes) which incorporate modern architecture in consideration of demand. The client and house categorization mapping is aligned with current development trends within the Federal Capital Territory which can be associated with demand.
Our approach is supported by on-going construction and overhauling of road infrastructure into Phase 2 and 3 districts within Federal Capital Territory which has been given priority over the last 3 – 5 years. Therefore, look out for our Luxury Housing within Phase 1 (i.e. Asokoro, Maitama, Wuse II), Premium Housing within Phase 2 (Gwarinpa, Jabi, Utako, Wuye, Jahi, Kafe), while the Mid-Premium Housing are
suited for locations within phase 3 (Galadimawa, Lugbe, Karsana, Dakibiyu, Kyami). These categorizations and mappings are not to differentiate the quality of the home (building) or level of services clients get, but are more to do with size of the houses, location and proximity to the city center.
